About Us
Aero Services started in 1987 as a company buying and selling aircraft parts, since then we have expanded to include a whole range of services and skills allowing us to assist with a broad range of projects.
At the heart of our operation is a modern manufacturing plant equipped with technically advanced equipment allowing us to manufacture components to the highest precision.
We are certified and licensed by the South African Civil Aviation Authority to design & manufacture aircraft components, and have achieved a high level of competence in the the manufacture of high performance composite structures.
Our main strengths are in the following areas:
- Vacuum thermoforming.
- 3 Axis CNC Routing.
- Pattern and Mouldmaking.
- Manufacturing of high performance composites.
- Fabrication of composite structures.
We have a team of engineers and highly qualified staff overseeing the operations at our manufacturing plant ensuring that the highest standards in quality are constantly met and exceeded.
