Processing Capabilities:

Vacuum Thermo-Forming (ABS, PVC/Acrylic, PST, PC & HDPE). Material thicknesses up to 6.4mm.

6 Axis Robotic Router
  • Full 6 Axis FUNAC M-710iC/50 Robot with a 40,000 RPM air driven Router spindle. The Robot has a 2050mm reach and a 50Kg rating at the head.
Vacuum Bonding
  • 4000 X 2500mm Vacuum Bonding table, this can be partitioned into 4 separate areas.
