3 axis CNC Routing

Our 3-axis routers are the workhorses of our company. They work tirelessly and accurately, especially on time-consuming tasks. We rely on them for a wide variety of projects, and they are always dependable under prolonged use.

These routers are often used both before and after we vacuum form a part for a customer. By having these machines on site we can ensure that your molds are built accurately, and we can use them to trim and finish the final vacuum formed parts to very high tolerances.We can also use these machines to manufacture parts directly from sheets or blocks of materials.

Our recent acquisition of a robotic arm to expand our trimming and finishing capabilities have extended our services to be world class.
